A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On November 24, 2015, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house of 401, decided to purchase the hemp plant from a person in an influence with his/her name, via smartphone-compacting F, and sent to a person influence the hemp plant equivalent to KRW 605,00,000, and then purchased the hemp plant by finding out approximately one gram of the hemp plant posted by the person influence in the vicinity of the Seoul Jung-gu G station.

2. At around November 28, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting about one gram of the hemp plant purchased at the home of the above Defendant, such as Paragraph 1, in a gambling place, and attaching a fire to it.

3. On December 26, 2015, the Defendant, at the home of the above Defendant, intended to purchase the hemp plant from an unqualified person through smartphone hosting, sent 7,000,000 won to an unqualified person, and purchased the hemp plant by finding out approximately one gram of the hemp plants posted by the unqualified person in the vicinity of the Seoul Middle-gu G Station.

4. At around 21:00 on January 2, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting about 1g of the hemp purchased at the home of the above Defendant, as set forth in paragraph 3, on a breath of the hemp plant, and inserting a fluor of its smoke at the home of the said Defendant’s house.

5. On February 6, 2016, the Defendant purchased marijuana by placing about 1.5 grams of the hemp plant located near the “I restaurant” located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, after purchasing the hemp plant from a person who is not his/her name, and sending bitcos equivalent to 554,000 won to a person who is not his/her name, and then finding about 1.5 grams of the hemp plant located near the “I restaurant.”

6. At around 22:00 on February 13, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana by taking approximately oneg of the hemps purchased at the home of the above Defendant, as set forth in paragraph (5), in a gambling place, by inserting a smoke with a fire attached thereto.

7. At around 20:00 on February 20, 2016, the Defendant inhales approximately 0.5 grams of the hemp plant purchased at the home of the above Defendant, such as Paragraph 5, by verbally inserting a fire in a gambling place.
