Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who runs the petroleum sales business in the name of “C” in the original city B.

1. On March 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:15, on March 10, 2017, at the construction site for the construction site of the Da apartment complex, the Defendant used the E vehicle that is a mobile-sale vehicle at the construction site of the Daju-si, and sold fake petroleum by oiling 87-liters to the F Excavation machine, which is mixed with 5% of the transit oil 95%.
