1. Defendant A is a person who operates a petroleum retail business in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C” company.
On October 27, 2016, at around 14:00, the Defendant collected waste oil, such as oil, light oil, and light in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, into 400 liters, and thereby harmful to the volume of fake petroleum (mix 15%, light oil, and 85%) in G mobile-sale fuel tank.
Accordingly, the defendant stored fake petroleum.
2. The Defendant C, a representative, stored fake petroleum with respect to the Defendant’s business as described in paragraph (1) and committed an act violating the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act.

1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant is a person running a petroleum retail business in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C” company.
