Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 7.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2015, the Defendant driven a Category C St-P motor vehicle without the driver’s license in the section of approximately 2 km up to the front of the road located in the Dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, U.S., U.S., and the front of the road of the Dong-gu, U.S., Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., and U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., U.

1. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a C SP car in the section of about 1km from the front of the Do in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the front of the agricultural warehouse located in the 4rd Do in the same west-gun, Chungcheongnam-do without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On the first day of paragraph 1, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) while driving a vehicle above the above car and driving it on the road at the Jinsan-gun, Geumsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, in violation of the signal at the distance of 1-lane from the Eup/Myeon to the distance of e/Eup/Myeon; (b) when the police officer who patroled the place was exposed to the left, it would be more likely that a driver without a license would drive it on the opposite line; (c) while driving it on the opposite line beyond the central line and driving it on the opposite line in front of the agricultural warehouse located in the front of the agricultural bank warehouse located in the Ysan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (d) led to the passing of the median line.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a dystroke which threatens or inflicts harm on others or causes danger to traffic.
