Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

1. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), and the Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages: (a) on January 3, 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately 10km alcohol level of about 0.120% in blood while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.120% in front of the roads in front of the west-gun, Geumsan-gun, Geumsan-gun, Geumsan-gun; (b) without obtaining a license for a motor device, without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy.
