Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and two months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on April 30, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 8, 2014.

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus, shall not trade, arrange for the trade of, deliver, deliver, deliver, possess, possess, possess, use, manage, prepare, administer, or provide, a psychotropic substance, a psychotropic substance (hereinafter referred to as “clopon”).

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

C. On March 5, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 300,000 from E within the Defendant’s car parked in front of the “D church” above; and (b) purchased and sold 0.8g philophones in a philophone.

2. Delivery of Handphones;

A. At around 00:50 on January 21, 2012, the Defendant issued 0.25g of philopon to E in the car of the Defendant parked in the vicinity of the mutual influence house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seongbuk-gu.

B. On February 4, 2012, at around 05:35, the Defendant issued approximately 0.1g of philopon to the said E free of charge in the street in the old region in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu.

C. At around 00:30 on February 22, 2012, the Defendant issued the Defendant’s car parked on the street near the Newcheon Station located in Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul, with approximately 0.3 g of philopon, free of charge, to the said E with a philopon.
