A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a main employee who is not a narcotics handler.

1. Medication of a psychotropic medicine;

A. On March 25, 2016, around 07:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04g of 16 and 1405 pro-dong-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, using a disposable injection device for the purpose of using a single-use injection device, thereby dilutioning aquatic water, and then injectioning them into the embs.

B. On April 9, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04 grams in the same place as the instant method at around 10:00.

G. On May 2, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04g philophones in the same place as around 23:00 in the foregoing manner.

2. Provision of a psychotropic medicine;

A. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant provided, at the same place around 07:00, approximately 0.03g of philophones by using a disposable injection device, dilution of divers, and divers into E’s gysporopos, after dilution of divers.

B. On April 9, 2016, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03 gramphones in the same place as around 10:00 in the foregoing manner.

On April 10, 2016, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03 gramphones in the same place as around 09:00 in the above manner.

E. On April 23, 2016, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03g of philophones in the same place as around 20:00 in the foregoing manner.

F. The Defendant is the same as around 10:00 on April 24, 2016.
