A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and two months.

The evidence of seizure No. 1, 2, 4 through 8, 11 shall be produced from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Cheongju District Court on September 1, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on October 27, 2017, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. On November 2018, the Defendant: (a) put about 0.04g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, at the guest room in Suwon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, on the first day of November 2018; (b) added approximately 0.04g of psychotropic drugs, in water at the guest room in Suwon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City; and (c) injected them with water; and (d) injected them to their left blood cells.

B. On April 5, 2019, around 01:00 on April 5, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04g gramphones from the Defendant’s low-priced vehicle parked in the 1st floor parking lot of Suwon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (a).

C. On April 7, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04 gramphones at the guest room in the BMoel room described in the above paragraph (a) in the same manner as the above paragraph (a), around 18:00 on April 7, 2019.

On April 8, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04g oponphones at the places indicated in the above paragraph (b) around April 22, 2019, in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

E. On April 9, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04 grams in the instant paragraph (a) around 00:00 on April 9, 2019, for the Defendant’s crime.

F. On April 10, 2019, the Defendant, at around 13:00 on April 10, 2019, administered approximately 0.04g of philophones at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (e) in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

G. On April 11, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.04 grams at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (b) in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph, at around 01:00, on April 11, 2019.

2. On April 11, 2019, the Defendant holding a penphone, in a manner of keeping approximately 6.86g of philopon (incopon weight, excluding vinyl and container weight) in the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan City C building G, around 6.86g (incopon weight, excluding vinyl and container weight).
