1. Defendant (Counterclaim Defendant) shall receive KRW 174,989,130 from the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and at the same time enter in the separate sheet.

1. 56,851 square meters (17,197 square meters) among 498,130 square meters of forests and fields D (17,197 square meters of forests and fields in Jeonnam-gun (the part indicated in the annexed drawing on the basis of the part on which two floors of reinforced concrete tanks are located on the ground);

A. On February 18, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded the following sales contract.

(Evidence A 1). The following drawings have been attached to the sales contract:

(hereinafter, drawing 1). The purchase price of Article 1 (Sales Price) shall be KRW 500 million, and the part of the land on which the above D building is located shall be KRW 65,000 per square meter, and the other land shall be KRW 14,000 per square meter.

Provided, That the size of the D land can be increased or decreased after the partition survey.

Article 2 (Payment of Price): 50 million won shall be paid until April 10, 2014 when a contract is concluded, and the intermediate payment for payment and receipt box: 250 million won shall be paid.

Any balance: The settlement shall be paid after completion of the partial survey until April 29, 2014.

Article 3 (Matters of Special Agreement)

(a) Where there is an increase or a decrease in the size of the area of the land reclaimed after the boundary surveying on the above real estate was completed, if there is an increase or decrease in the size of the land reclaimed in the land where a building D located in Jeonnam-do, Jeonnam-do, the balance shall be settled and the sales contract shall be renewed

(f) Access roads to the G Site in the Yellow-gun shall not be included in the subject matter of this sale;

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant drafted a sales contract (No. 10) again on July 1, 2014, and the major difference between the sales contract and the sales contract as of February 18, 2014 is as follows.
