1. As to each land listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff, the Defendant is limited to the cause of sale on November 5, 2010.

Facts of recognition

On June 24, 2010, the Plaintiff acquired forest land C (the lot number was changed to D forest land) in Nam-si, Namyang-si, a land prior to subdivision. On June 24, 2010, the Defendant purchased several parcels of land adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land, including land owned by the Plaintiff, such as 2,646m2, Nam-si, Namyang-si, a land prior to subdivision, and used the land as the current status formed on the boundary of the original and Defendant’s land.

On November 5, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement between the Defendant and the road width on the basis of eight meters depending on the boundary area of the land adjacent to the Defendant and the Defendant, which is part of D, 4,887 square meters of land owned by the Plaintiff, and part of F, forest and field 13 square meters of land owned by the Plaintiff, which is a land owned by the Plaintiff, the width of which is four meters, as the subject matter of sale. However, at the time of the instant sales contract, only 13 square meters of F, forest and field were included in the subject matter of sale at the time of the instant sales contract. The Plaintiff agreed to sell the 8m road and the 754 square meters of forest and field (28 square meters) based on the current status survey prepared by G, which was to be jointly used by the Defendant,

(hereinafter referred to as “instant sales contract”). 1. The purchase price shall be KRW 684,00,000,000, and the Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000 on November 5, 201, and the remainder KRW 586,66,660 on November 4, 201, and KRW 194,66,666,666 on November 3, 201, and KRW 666 on November 194, 201, to the Plaintiff in good faith, for three years.

2. The sales price at the time of a sales contract for real estate is KRW 4 million per square, and thus, the transfer income tax shall be paid by the Defendant, who is the buyer, and the Plaintiff shall actively cooperate in all documents necessary to report the transfer income tax, instead of paying the sales price at KRW 3 million per square.

3.The road section (as accompanying drawings) shall be jointly used by the original and the defendant.

On September 29, 2014, the Plaintiff’s land boundary and land boundary to the Namyang-si branch office of the Korea Cadastral Corporation for the division of land and the registration of ownership transfer based on the instant sales contract.
