On May 4, 2017, and May 13, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime from around 19:00 to around 21:00 on May 13, 2017, when the victim M located in Jongno-gu Seoul apartment complex came into the residence of the victim M in the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan apartment complex, and after destroying and damaging the shock network by an influoring method, opened the window and intrudes with it, and 4.5 million won in cash in the Yellow-gu, and 15 million won in the market price, and 20 million won in sight of the market price and 3 million won in the market price.
