A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

A seized knife (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the tenant, the victim D, and the victim E (38 years) who resides in building B B in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and the victim E (38 years) manage the same public notice tele.

1. Damage to special property;

A. On December 22, 2017, at around 04:36, the Defendant: “B” operated by the victim D on the sixth floor of the building B in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; on the ground that, among the noise-related city noise-related city noise cost, E, a general manager of the notice telecom among the F lessee and the Defendant did not follow the Defendant’s letter, the Defendant was carrying with him a food map (not less than 30cm in total length, not less than 20cm in length in knive length) a dangerous object that was kept in the Defendant’s room; and two plastic garbage bags in an amount of approximately 154,000 won in the market price owned by the said victim, which was located in the corridor.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

B. On December 22, 2017, around 06:30 on December 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was accompanied by the Defendant’s method of heading “B building” C; (b) on the grounds as seen in the foregoing paragraph (a), in a way that is a dangerous object, which is installed adjacent to the victim D, located adjacent to the visiting location, the Defendant 14,000 won of the market price, which is owned by the victim D.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

2. A special intimidation: (a) around the day set forth in paragraph (1), the Defendant released the victim E from the Defendant’s room, and set off the above awareness, which is a dangerous object, on his/her book, and threatened the said victim with a food that is a dangerous object, such as “facing coffee.”
