A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On October 1, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Suwon District Court to two years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on July 19, 2012.

1. On November 3, 2013, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) received the answer money from the Defendant at “E” on the D 1st floor located in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si; (b) sought the Defendant’s wedding hall to find out the Defendant’s firs marriage hall; and (c) took the Defendant’s wife as if the Defendant was a fluor, thereby doing so; and (c) fraudulently, the Defendant fluorcing the Victim’s wife that “Abscam bags in a plastic bag with a large amount of individual bags for which the Fluorpo-si was a large sum of 60,000 won in the answer sheet from the above flusium.” (d) said f0,000 won was received from the Defendant’s wife.
2. On October 3, 2014, around 11:30 on October 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s marriage food room at the victim I of H 1st hotel hotel in Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, the Defendant: (b) obtained a false list of the victim, and then, (c) obtained a substitute bag where J, the victim of the school in which he/she is in office, collected congratulatory money from the students of the school rent; (d) reported that he/she would go as if he/she was fry, and (e) reported that he/she would go fry without receiving the answer money; and (e) reported that he/she would go at the bar without receiving the answer money, and (e) obtained a false list of the victim’s misstatement, “I check the list of the victims, and that he/she is urgently required to pay liquor tax, as soon as possible.” (d) obtained the victim’s answer by deceptioning 488,000 won.
3. On October 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 13:20 on October 19, 2014, at the marriage ceremony of the victim K of the 1st hotel of the D D hotel in Masan-si, Sungwon-si, with the intent to take the answer money received by the female guests; and (b) the victim’s marriage hall is found to be a guest who found the marriage hall and carried out the job as if he was a guest who found the marriage hall.
