1. Basic facts

A. Meanwhile, the land of this case was registered under the name of Japan E, and on February 24, 1994, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 11, 194 under the name of the defendant on September 11, 194, and the land category was changed from "the miscellaneous land" to "the miscellaneous land."
