A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On October 26, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: (a) around 13:20 on October 26, 2019, at the first floor warehouse of the victim’s residence in Seosan City; (b) at the victim’s market price of 3,000 won, which is the victim’s possession, committed the crime against the victim B, and stolen the victim with one gasoline tank.

B. From October 26, 2019 to October 11, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D with one oil tank consisting of 30,000 litresponding of the victim’s residence in Seosan City E, with one oil tank consisting of 20 litresponding of the market price of the victim’s possession, which is the victim’s possession.

C. On November 7, 2019, around 09:37, the Defendant, who committed the crime against the victim F, was driving the Defendant, driving the Defendant, who was parked on the roads adjacent to the Seoul G Apartment Co., Ltd., the victim’s market value of KRW 5,00,000, which was the victim’s possession. The Defendant, who was preparing for the first 1 unit of the Victim F, was able to drive the Defendant, with a her inner term “stroke 1520cc.m.” in advance, and was cut off.

2. On April 2019, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally used the air defense, and attached the JT100 two-wheel automobiles registered in the name of the Defendant in the warehouse in order to operate the unregistered CT100 two-wheel automobiles purchased by the Defendant at the residence of the Defendant in Seocho-si, Seocho-si, Seocho-si.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile number plate for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. On October 26, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving), the illegal use air defense event, and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act without obtaining a driver’s license, and the Defendant driving a motor bicycle with no registered CT100 license plate attached at will, as described in paragraph (2), from around 08:00 on October 26, 201 to around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant was not insured by mandatory insurance on the section of about 20km from the street of the name office located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si to the neighboring road of Seosan-si.

Accordingly, the defendant did not obtain a motorcycle driver's license.
