E. On November 17, 2016, at around 02:36, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant’s 1 cart and the Defendant’s 4 waivers from the “K Emt” operated by the Victim J in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with the victim-owned market price equivalent to KRW 25,000, which was displayed in front of the entrance.

F. On November 18, 2016, the Defendant was kept in the loading of the victim N's cargo vehicles parked in the “M” Moel parking lot located in Daegu Seo-gu L on November 18, 2016.
