A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, the Defendant: (b) placed a Hand handker, a cuter, and a circular saw on the Bmotor bicycle, which is the victim’s name and non-owned market value, in storage of the tools and storages located in the field of the construction site in front of the Kucheon-gun branch of the lawsuit village; and (c) carried the tools and storages on the B motor bicycle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. The Defendant driven a B motorcycle at a distance of about 4 km from the front of the Defendant’s residence, which is located in Sinnam-dong-dong-dong-gun C, to the front of the lawsuit village, to the front of the Seocheon-gun Construction Construction Site in front of the lawsuit village, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license.

3. On December 12, 2014, at around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) placed one piracy 300,000 at the victim F’s market value, which is one of the 300,000 won owned by the victim F, located in a warehouse adjacent to the E-site office located in Hadong-gun, Hanam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

4. The Defendant driven a B-motor bicycle without obtaining a driver’s license at a 4km section from the front of the Defendant’s residence in the Ha-dong, Ha-dong, Ha-dong, Ha-dong, Ha-dong, to the front of the E-site in the same Do.

5. On January 29, 2015, at around 15:18, the Defendant, at around 15:18, carried out an attempted theft with the victim F, who is the victim F, in storage of the tools and storages of the same Section and paragraph (3) of the foregoing Article, one cut in its original form, one electric saw, and one theft. However, the Defendant failed to carry out an attempted attempt with G while on duty at the wind.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victim's property, but did not commit it but did not commit an attempted crime.

6. The Defendant shall start in front of the dwelling of the Defendant in Si/Gun/Dong, Ha-dong, Ha-dong, Chungcheongnam-do.
