Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2012, at around 22:15, the Defendant: (a) boarded C extreme passenger buses driven by the injured party B (Nam, 53 years old) on the bus platform in the south-gu Eup/Myeon, Nam-gu, Nampo-si, Nampo-si, Nampo-si; and (b) assaulted the injured party at one time on the ground that the injured party attempted to stop the bus without stopping the bus.
