A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is D and her husband and wife.

When the Defendant came to know that the retirement pay was accumulated as an IRP pension after D's retirement, the Defendant planned to withdraw D's money by withdrawing D's retirement from D and making it personal use, and forging D's application for termination of a pension, payment slip, etc.

1. Crimes committed on September 6, 2017 (the forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified document);
