Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who produces the processed products of agricultural and fishery products while operating the “Dju Province” in the Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun.

A person who produces, processes, ships, or stores or displays agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof for the purpose of selling, or selling them shall indicate the country of origin on the raw materials of agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof, and no person shall put a false indication of the country of origin or put a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

From April 4, 2014 to December 8, 2012, the Defendant purchased KRW 5,456,00 from the main movable property of KRW 341 cent 6,820km in an increase in import acid from KRW 147, 147-1.

From April 4, 2015 to January 13, 2015, the Defendant, using approximately 316 capture 6,320 km and smuggling purchased as above, indicated the place of origin of rice as “the use of domestic rice” and “75% rice (domestic acid)” in manufacturing 37,920 litres in the name of “E” and storing the remainder 50 wres in the form of “E” with the purpose of selling 80,510 wres per disease for the same period.

As a result, the Defendant falsely indicated the origin on the raw materials of processed agricultural and fishery products.
