1. From August 14, 2013 to February 11, 2015, Defendant A purchased at KRW 14,865,00 “E”, which was manufactured with “PPPPPPDs” and “PPPSs et al.” and “E” manufactured with “PPPS et al.” and “PPPS et al.” among imported products.

2. Defendant B committed the same offense as that of the Defendant’s business in relation to the Defendant’s business at the same time and place as that of the foregoing paragraph (1).
