A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2016, around 21:20, the Defendant assaulted the police officer D belonging to the Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station C District in order to access a taxi driver, who was dispatched after receiving a report that taxi engineer and guest had been put to a trial, on the front side of the Seoul Southern-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The Defendant used the aforementioned D's chest face at three times, and d's face at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.
