A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2016, the Defendant expressed that the taxi engineer was assaulted by the Defendant in front of the C District Zone B located in Junggu, Seoul around 23:10 on February 10, 2016, the Defendant expressed that the police officer D, who belongs to the said District, expressed that the Defendant “I am bling, governance,” and expressed that “I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling the victim’s face.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties concerning the investigation of the police officer's case.
