A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

A number plate (B) seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 2017, the Defendant: (a) heard the phrase “a son is parked in the front parking lot of the Do apartment E-dong, Kunsan-si; and (b) sought a vehicle from a parked place; and (c) tried to get the vehicle on the F-owned BM5 vehicle; (d) confirmed that the front number plate of the said vehicle was not kept; and (e) had the intention to attach and operate the front number plate of the said vehicle with the intention to operate the said vehicle by forging it.

On October 2017, the Defendant, at the end of Sinsan-si, made a number plate to I and issued cash KRW 50,000,000 to I while working at the H restaurant located in Si/Gun/Gu, G, and attached the front number plate of the materials made by I, and attached it in front of the above vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the car number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising.

2. On October 2017, the Defendant operated the said vehicle by attaching a forged B vehicle number plate to the said SM5 vehicle as set forth in paragraph 1 (1) at the front street of the D apartment E-dong, Simsan-si, Simsan-si, and by December 27, 2017, around December 27, 2017, the Defendant operated the said vehicle to the delivery of the pharmacy adjacent to the K Contracting State, Simsan-si, Simsan-si.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised forged air defense.

3. The Defendant violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a person who has BM5 vehicles from the end of October 2017 to the end of October 1, 2017.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, around October 2017, the Defendant operated the BM5 vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance in the section of about 5 km from the street of the L Building in front of the Si of Gunsan-si around the end of December 27, 2017 to the front of the Korean pharmacy in the J of Si of Gunsan-si.
