A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant was kept in custody the registration number plate of the BM5 car owned by the Defendant on the grounds of the unpaid fines for negligence on automobiles, and removed and stolen an automobile registration number plate attached to a vehicle owned by another person, and sentenced the Defendant to operate the vehicle by attaching it to his/her car.

1. On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) removed a victim E-owned car registration number plate prior to the FM car car; and (b) stolen it.

2. No person in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall detached the registration number plate and seal attached to a motor vehicle, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Daegu Metropolitan City Mayor, who is the competent administrative agency, was at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and at the same time and place as the entry, was detached of the registration number plate of the automobile owned E.

3. No person shall unlawfully use a motor vehicle registration number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act for any violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, unlawful use of air hosing, or unlawful use of air;

Nevertheless, at around 06:00 on September 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attached to the front part of the BM5 passenger car owned by the Defendant for the purpose of exercising one car registration number plate, which was removed as described in paragraph (1), at the two-class parks located in the middle-dong of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as described in paragraph (1); (b) operated the said SM5 car from the front part of the BM5 passenger car located in Ansan-si, Andong-si, Seoul-si, at around 14:50 on October 22, 2016, to the J road located in SM5 car from the front side of the H road in

Accordingly, the defendant used a car registration number plate unlawfully, used it, used it as well as used it unlawfully, and exercised it.

4. On October 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle of approximately KRW 6m 2 SM5 vehicle from the front side of H in Ansan-si G to the front side of J in Ansan-si I in Ansan-si, without obtaining a driver’s license, at around 14:50 on October 22, 2016.
