A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a e-cub vehicle B.

1. On February 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven the said car at a speed of approximately 80 kilometers per hour from the hotel on the side of the hotel to the water diameter of the road in front of the Cheongju-si, a considerable proportion of Cheongju-si.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not operate a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and has the duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as making a good report on the traffic situation, operating the steering and brake system accurately, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected such duty of care while under the influence of alcohol content 0.125% and neglected to do so, and found at the latest following the suspension of the victim C(37 years old)'s rocketing car in the same direction by signal signal, and did not avoid it, and received the part of the front part of the said car operated by the Defendant as the front part of the said car operated by the said victim.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C by occupational negligence as above, such as the 4th phase of cryping, which requires approximately six weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving a vehicle of 300 meters from the roads in front of the middle school in the state of Cheongju-gu, a considerable amount of 0.125% of alcohol concentration in the blood alcohol level at a temporary border like the preceding paragraph to the roads in front of the said state of Cheongju-si.
