Defendant

A ( South, 44 years old) is a person running a business, and was in a legal relationship between the victim B (n, 49 years old) and the 2010 to 2014.

No person shall intrude any information and communications network without legitimate access authority or beyond the permitted access authority.

On July 3, 2017, at around 14:52, the Defendant confirmed the closure (C) account and password (C) account entered in the victim’s pocket book between the victim and the victim’s dwelling at the victim’s dwelling, and accessed the victim’s ID and password at the relevant closure site.

The Defendant infringed on an information and communications network beyond the authorized access authority, such as checking CCTV in the process of recording the inside of the victim in real time, which is linked to the account after the victim’s closure account.
