Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall intrude into an information and communications network without legitimate access authority or beyond permitted access authority.

Nevertheless, on May 30, 2017, the Defendant used the victim’s ID and password, which was found to be false to purchase the above account to the victim C who wanted to sell Libydo 2 B at the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and the Defendant invadedd without permission by accessing the victim’s Lido 2 levia account by using the victim’s ID and password.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the information and communication network without legitimate access authority or beyond the permitted access authority.
