Nevertheless, at around 16:40 on August 29, 2017, the Defendant infringed on an information and communications network without legitimate authority by using the victim B’s Internet game “Scarp” account and secret code, which was delivered by a person who was not his/her name, and by using the victim B’s Internet game “Scarp” account and secret code.
