Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the District Court of Jung-gu, which became final and conclusive.

On June 11, 2014, from around 15:30 to 21:30 on June 11, 2014 to around 21:30, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the food cost in the C cafeteria located in Gyeonggi-si B, but did not have the intent or capacity to pay the food cost to the victim D (30,000 won).

One (1,000 won), one early sludge (12,000 won), one (6,000 won), one air bedb(1,000 won) total amount of 50,000 won (1,000 won), which did not pay the food cost after being ordered to do so, thereby making profits equivalent to the food cost.
