1. On May 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 21:20, the victim D’s “EM” operated by the victim D in Yangyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) the Defendant, despite having no intention or ability to pay the price, was committed as if the Defendant would normally pay the price despite having been done by placing an order to know with the alcohol, and then acquired it by deception by being provided with the victim with the victim’s filing of a lawsuit and the aware of an amount equivalent to KRW 13,00 in the market price.

2. At around 13:00 on March 23, 2016, the Defendant ordered food of KRW 1st 6,000 per annum, KRW 6,00 per meat, KRW 6,00 per meat, KRW 6,00 per meat, KRW 12,00 per meat, and KRW 27,00,00 per meat from the victim, and acquired the above food and drink in total from the victim.
3. At around 15:00 on March 24, 2016, the Defendant ordered food of KRW 1st 6,000, 1st 1st kn, 6,000, 3,000, and 9,000, the Defendant received from the victim the above food and alcohol equivalent to KRW 9,00,00, in total, from the victim, although the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the food value.
4. At around 16:00 on March 24, 2016, the Defendant ordered food of KRW 10,000 to the victim N who is the principal offender, including a 1studio, KRW 7,000, and KRW 3,000,00, in which the Defendant received food and drink equivalent to the sum of KRW 10,00,00, from the victim.
5. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant ordered food of KRW 12,00 to the victim Q, who is the principal offender, for food of KRW 17,00,00, KRW 4,000, KRW 1,000, KRW 1,000, and KRW 1,000, in total, from the victim, the Defendant received food and drink equivalent to KRW 12,00,00.
