【Criminal Facts】

I. Ⅲ around August 7, 2018, the Defendant issued an order to 'J' restaurant operated by the victim I on the H 1st floor in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on August 7, 2018, which would be able to pay the food cost even though there is no cash, credit card, etc., to the victim as if he would be able to pay the food cost, and then the Defendant received the f6,000 won of the market price from the victim, and acquired the f6,000 won of the market price.

IV. The Defendant of the 2018 Highest 5793, Aug. 5, 2018, in the “M” operated by the victim L in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, on August 5, 2018, and even if there is no money in water and orders for food, the Defendant would be deemed to have paid a proper food value despite having no intention or ability to pay the price.
