Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
The term "juvenile" under Article 60 (2) of the Juvenile Act refers to a juvenile under Article 2 of the Juvenile Act, and Article 2 of the Juvenile Act refers to a person under the age of 19 who is a juvenile under the age of 19, and since it is the condition of a trial, it shall be deemed that not only the time of crime but also the time of trial should be continued until the time of trial. Therefore, as a matter of principle, the determination of whether a juvenile is a juvenile under Article 60 (2) of the Juvenile Act shall be based on the time of adjudication of fact-finding court (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 200Do2704, Aug. 18, 200).
