When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who owns and operates B vehicles.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 14:28 on November 12, 2019, the Defendant made it difficult to distinguish the front registration number plate of the vehicle in the way that the front registration number plate of the vehicle is added from the front of Pyeongtaek-si C to the end moving complex.
