Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants, along with D and E, divided into KRW 22:00, early June 2012, from around 22:00 to around 03:00 on the following day, and around KRW 3,00,000, KRW 600,000 in Seoul, Defendant A’s residence; KRW 22,200,00 in the case of Defendant A; KRW 2,000 in the amount of Defendant C; KRW 6,00 in the case of Defendant B; KRW 52 in the case of each card; KRW 1,00 in accordance with the pattern, etc.; KRW 2,000 in the form of figures; KRW 3,00 in the case of raising the sales amount to KRW 1,00, KRW 3,00 in the case of a card; and finally, the last person who was lower in the form of “a dam” was embling in this way.
