1. As to the Plaintiff, Defendant B’s share in 3/10 of the real estate listed in attached Form 2, and Defendant C’s share in attached Forms 3 and 5.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On February 7, 2005, the Plaintiff purchased from Defendant B, C, and D the purchase price of KRW 1,289 square meters (the land indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table 1; hereinafter referred to as “land 1”), H 1,306 square meters (the land indicated in paragraph (2) of the attached Table 2; hereinafter referred to as “second-party land”), the first answer 1,058 square meters before the subdivision, and the J-si 569 square meters before the subdivision (the “each of the instant lands” when referring to each of the lands before subdivision and the first and second lands), KRW 2.5 million before the subdivision.

On March 10, 2005, on the ground of sale on February 15, 2005, with respect to the land No. 1, the Plaintiff’s name and the land No. 2, with respect to the land No. 2, the registration of ownership transfer in Defendant C’s name and the land No. 1,058 square meters prior to the division was completed with respect to the land No. 569 square meters prior to the division.
C. Before the subdivision on January 26, 2012, the said I 1,058 square meters was divided into one 793 square meters in one field (hereinafter “third land”) and K 265 square meters in one field. Before the subdivision, the said J 569 square meters in one field was divided into 230 square meters in one field and 339 square meters in one field (hereinafter “five land”).
On February 14, 2012, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on February 2, 2012 with respect to the above K K 265 square meters and the above L 339 square meters.
As a result of Defendant D’s merger of the said K-related 265 square meters on March 22, 2012 into the said J-related 230 square meters, the said J-related area became 495 square meters (attached Form 4; hereinafter “land 4”).
E. Meanwhile, Defendant E, a partner of Defendant B, completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on February 19, 2009, with respect to the land No. 2 on March 4, 2009.

2. Judgment as to the main claim
A. The part of the claim against the defendant B, C, and D was examined, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the separate name of the plaintiff and the above defendants as to each of the land of this case. However, as seen earlier, Gap's 1, 5, and 5.
