The Defendants’ registration process 1) was completed on March 31, 1965, the Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of preservation of ownership as the receipt No. 18968 of the receipt on September 6, 1990, with respect to the 2,443 square meters of Seocheon-si Jan City cadastral restoration.

Since then, the land was divided on December 5, 2002, No. 5, 6, and 7 in the above land, and the land was divided on July 9, 2003, and No. 7 on December 14, 2004.

As above, Defendant Gyeonggi-do completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 24, 2003, No. 28538, with respect to the remaining J 987 square meters and 7 land after division as above.

(B) On December 22, 2004, JJ 987 square meters was combined with I land prior to the merger. The part, which was the J 987 square meters prior to the merger, is the part (a) part of the ship (i) part 987 square meters connected in order to each point of the attached Table 2, among the 1,69 square meters of land, which is the land after the merger.

2) Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of preservation of ownership as to the land No. 2 as of December 17, 1996, under the receipt of No. 36868, Dec. 17, 1996. 3) Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of preservation of ownership as to the land No. 1,765 square meters in Macheon-si K-si District Court, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, 1979, No. 9967, Oct. 27, 197. The registration of preservation of ownership was completed on November 5, 1987, the remaining 37 square meters in which L 1,728 square meters
