1. On January 4, 2012, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) concluded with the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Plaintiff) on the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff), “On-site three machines and Indonesia moving machines.

1. Determination as to the principal claim and counterclaim claim regarding manufacturing contract of current 3 weeks, Indonesia mobile machinery Donesia EXTR and Class 2 other than the manufacture contract of “Class 2”

A. (1) On January 4, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to manufacture and supply the said machinery (hereinafter “first contract”) in the manner of using the machinery supplied from the KAC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “KAC”) as KRW 1,518,00,00 (including value-added tax) with respect to the manufacture of “type 3 machinery,” the Defendant received from the KAC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “KAC”), and the contract amount of which is KRW 1,518,00,000 (including the value-added tax). In accordance with the drawing provided by the Defendant, some materials necessary for the manufacture are produced from KAC, and the detailed items and the contract amount of the said contract are as set out in the following table 1:
