A. Defendant B and C jointly share KRW 17,344,80,00 and their related thereto from November 28, 2018 to September 26, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 17, 2017, Defendant B, C, and D entered into a sales contract for the following terms as the Plaintiff’s intermediary:

As the buyer paid only KRW 2.5 million out of the down payment amount to KRW 400 million, and did not pay the remainder down payment until March 12, 2018, the remainder payment date, which is the remainder payment date, the Defendants received two copies of the waiver note from the buyer (L, N, T, U) on April 30, 2018.

1. The summary of the statement of renunciation 1: To change the payment date of the balance of the first sales contract to May 17, 2018, and confiscate 250,000 won of the down payment already paid at the time of passage.
