Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) jointly visited the Defendants at the entrance of the “F Party” located at the 12th floor of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building on August 29, 2013, and intruded into the said us.

B. The Defendants are competing with each other to interfere with the business.

3. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. The Defendant causing property damage: (a) around 09:46 on August 29, 2013; and (b) around 1-A.

At the same place as Paragraph 1, it was damaged to repair expenses, such as franchising the Nomp owned by the injured party F. The f.m. damaged the Nompt North to the extent that the f.m. remains.

B. The Defendant was injured on August 29, 2013, around 09:49: (a) 1-A.

When trying to enter the F Party's office at the same place as described in the statement in the paragraph, the said party's employees were removed from the said party's office, and the victim was faced with the face of the victim H (the 28 years old) who is the head of the F Party's organization, and the victim was inside the face requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
