1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Seized evidence 4 or 5 shall be confiscated;

3. Three hundred thousand won from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant received psychotropic drugs (i.e., a one-time penphone, hereinafter referred to as a “philopon”) managed by the Defendant, which cannot be seen in quantities from E in the penta-gun of Gangseo-gun, and then administered a philopon in the same manner as the Defendant’s arms, by inserting the philopon, which is parked in the front of the penta-gun, in which the amount of the said philopon cannot be identified within the Defendant’s re-scopon, and then inserting the philopon in which the amount of the philopon cannot be identified, and then inserting the philopon in the same manner at the same time around the same day.

B. At around 07:00 on October 29, 2015, the Defendant provided clophones, the quantity of which is not known from E in the pention, and immediately thereafter, inserted clophones into a single cloppy in a single cloppy in the Defendant’s re-cloppy vehicle parked in the front of the pention, and cloppy administered cloppy in a way of injecting it into the Defendant’s arms.

C. At around 10:40 on October 29, 2015, the Defendant, within a passenger car, divided into one plastic phone (i.e., one plastic phone) with which the quantity of the instant philophones offered by E cannot be identified, and then carried a philophone by inserting it into two plastic bags (i.e., one plastic phone) and two for a single-use cellular phone (ii) with which the Defendant carried a philophones.

2. Around October 29, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) stored in a car within the Defendant’s re-satisfed in the front of the pentiona, which is managed by the Defendant in the Gangseo-gun D, and carrying with him marijuana for the purpose of smoking by inserting approximately 3.4g of marijuana provided by E in a handhouse located in the top of the car operation.
