A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As a result, the defendant stored the access media for the purpose of using it for crime.

No person of the 2017 Highest 8734 shall transfer the cash card or a password necessary for using the cash card which is a medium access to electronic financial transactions, a user number, etc. registered with a financial institution or an electronic financial transaction institution.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on August 2017, borrowed the account because of the fact that the Defendant was a bit ccoin trading business operator, and the traded money is too large.

It shall be paid KRW 500,000 per day on the face of the week of leasing the account, and shall be paid KRW 70,000 per day.
