Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.
However, this judgment is delivered to Defendant A.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2017 Height 406] No person shall borrow or lend any access medium or store, deliver or distribute it with the knowledge that it is intended to use it for a crime or is to be used for a crime, unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts.
Defendant
A received a proposal from a person who was aware of at the Internet job site on January 1, 2017 to offer 10-200,000 won per day on which the card is to be delivered to him/her, and Defendant B responded to the proposal that he/she would withdraw money by delivering the card to him/her on the Internet search on December 2016.
Defendant
A around August 2016, he was aware that the check was used for fraud and that the check was used for fraud and that the check was used for fraud, and that the check was used for fraud.
