1. Defendant A’s imprisonment with prison labor for one year, Defendant B’s imprisonment for six months, Defendant C’s imprisonment for ten months, Defendant D, E, and F, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who commits a joint crime by a defendant A or B shall keep, deliver or distribute access media with the knowledge that such media is to be used for a crime or to be used for a crime;

Defendant

A will provide 3% to 5% to 4% if he/she receives a card as he/she gets inside and delivers money to another person by using the card after he/she received it from "K" (hereinafter referred to as "K") with a single name from which he/she is unable to know the name of a police officer in October 2016.

" Upon receipt of the proposal, I accepted the proposal of the above K after having stated the above facts to Defendant B.

On October 25, 2016, at least 21:00, the Defendants acquired and kept physical cards, etc. more than four times from around 25, 2016 to November 8, 2016, in the name of the F that was taken over from the person in violation of the above K’s order, 1 copy of the bank check (L) in the name of F that was taken over from the person in violation of the above K’s name, and 1 copy of the bank check (M) in the name of F that would be used for the crime.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to keep access media while being aware that they will be used in crime.

2. No person who commits a single crime by a criminal defendant A shall keep, deliver or distribute access media with the knowledge that such media is to be used for a crime or to be used for a crime;

On November 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant received instructions from K in front of the opening-gu, Guro-gu, Seoul, and received orders from N in the name of Kwikwikset Service Articles, and received a copy of N in the name of K inkwikset Service Articles, and kept them, knowing that it would be used for crime.

3. In using and managing the access medium, no person who is a defendant C shall transfer or take over the access medium unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts.

The Defendant was on October 2016, and was on duty as a lieutenant.
