1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a specialized driving school operating a specialized driving school which provides a global-fracerer lecture for preparation for electricity, electronic, and telecommunications engineering tests, with the trade name of “D” in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant is a specialized driving school operating a specialized driving school that provides police, fire-fighting, technical, and global-fraction for preparation for general public officials (Internet homepage address: G; hereinafter “instant site”) under the trade name of “F” in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

B. On April 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to sell the Plaintiff’s video lectures via the instant website operated by the Defendant and distribute the profits therefrom.

From July 2015 to August 2015, the Plaintiff made the Defendant’s lecture of “2016 A Electric theory,” “2016 A Electronic Engineering theory,” and “2016 A Radio/Telecommunications common theory” in the Defendant’s private teaching institute in accordance with the instant agreement, and sold online video products. On July 16, 2015, the Plaintiff provided the Defendant with strong files.

On November 27, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant made an agreement with the Defendant to provide the Defendant with the classical lecture, and the Defendant also agreed to provide the Plaintiff with the classical lecture of Korean language, English, and Korean history.
