1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from August 26, 2017 to October 28, 2020 as to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an instructor who gives a police lecture among the subjects of the public official examination, and the Defendant is a corporation that operates a public official examination-related private teaching institute.

B. (1) On July 27, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the provision of lectures with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”). The main contents are as follows.

A: Defendant A and B: The contract for the provision of the Plaintiff’s lectures to provide “public officials (including police officers) lectures” and the contract for the provision of lectures (hereinafter referred to as “this contract”) shall be concluded as follows:

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to promote mutual interests and development by prescribing the rights, obligations, and all the procedures necessary for providing “ lecture services” through wired and wireless media established and operated by Company A or Company B and its affiliated companies.

Article 2 (Subject Matter of Contract) (1) B shall be recruited directly from a private teaching institute designated by A, and the subjects of the lecture shall be public officials in charge of prosecution service, police officers, police officers for promotion examination, and police officers.

(2) B shall provide A with all possible forms of content, such as video content derived from the educational institute designated by the A.

(3) When A operates a police sphere team, B shall be responsible for and manage mother examinations (at least once a week), counseling and necessary lectures.

Article 3 (Term of Contract) (1) The term of contract under this Agreement shall be effective for seven years from September 1, 2016 to August 31, 2023.

(2) Where A and B do not want an extension after the expiration of the contract term or intend to change the contract term, they shall express their intent in writing not later than three months before the minimum contract term expires.

In the absence of a separate written notice, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed under the same conditions.

3. Section B shall in any event comply with the above contract period and otherwise.
