A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

At around 14:00 on July 19, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.218%, proceeded with the front road of Yongcheon-si, Chungcheongnamcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-do, the blood alcohol level of 0.218% from the surface of the Cheongpung-si.

Since there is no central line, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving the motor vehicle on the right side of the road and by properly examining the right and the right of the motor vehicle in the opposite direction.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and led to the failure of the victim E (the 60-year-old driver) who was proceeding in the opposite direction while driving the road along the center of the road, and caused the front part of the above cargo vehicle to the front part of the cargo vehicle by finding late the cargo vehicle.
