A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who had worked as a cocoer to instruct Taekwondo father students at C middle school located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju from around April 2006 to April 14, 2017.

1. On October 2016, the Defendant of a special assault against the victim D (14 tax) committed a bucking case with the victim’s bucking bucks that, while guiding Taekwondo students from the above C Middle School E in the course of training the victim in his/her hands, the victim was pushed away without force, making the victim spucks and the victim spacks down the victim’s bucks at the bottom of the floor, and caused the victim’s bucks on several occasions with dangerous things.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. On October 2016, the Defendant suffered special injury to the Victim F (15 tax) on the victim F (15 tax) on the following occasions: (a) during the course of providing Taekwondo instruction to Taekwondo assistant students at the above C Middle School E, the victim was informed of the victim without force in the course of providing training to the other party in his/her hands; and (b) caused the victim’s bucks to the bottom of the floor up, and then caused the victim’s bucks to the bucks.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous things with the victim, who was deprived of the number of days of treatment.

3. On November 2016, the Defendant of a special assault against the victim G (15 tax) made the victim’s bucks and the victim up to the right side of the floor in the course of training where the victim was engaged in Taekwondo instruction to the Taekwondo assistant students at the above C middle school E, without force, while making the victim pushed the other party in his/her hands, and made him/her down the victim’s bucks and down the victim’s bucks twice with dangerous things.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

4. On November 2016, the Defendant of a special assault against the Victim H (14) against the victim: (a) during the course of providing Taekwondo instruction to the students of Taekwondo father in the middle school E from the above C secondary school E, the victim was tightly sprinked without force while taking a training course for the other party in his/her hands; and (b) caused the victim to be sprinked down to the bottom of the floor, and (c) caused the victim to be sprinked with dangerous things.
