1. As to the Plaintiff on May 21, 2013, the Defendant’s “rest of half-months on the part of the slives of the slives (slives)” against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The plaintiff is Birs, and served as the Army Soldiers from December 23, 1998 to December 13, 1999.
B. On February 12, 2013, the Plaintiff applied for registration of a person of distinguished service to the State on the ground of “defee and right-free knee” to the Defendant, and on May 21, 2013, the Defendant rendered a decision on May 21, 2013 by a person of distinguished service to the State (i) to the Plaintiff on the ground of diagnosis and surgery; however, it is known that post-defeasction was caused by epidemological disorder, and that the cause was unrelated to the injury. (ii) On the part of the Masle in the Masle Zone, the semi-monthly refeception in the left part of the Masle Zone, and the semi-monthly refasception in the left part of the Masle Zone, but it is confirmed that the person of distinguished service to the State was a person of distinguished service to the State (hereinafter “the relevant person of distinguished service to the State”).
