A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was three Taekwondo teams, and around June 2016, the defendant sent Taekwondo from Taekwondo painting in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to students, and the victim B (Gain name and female) at the time was aware of the fact that he/she had taken Taekwondo in his/her seal.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. A. A. around June 2016, the Defendant committed the crime around June 2016, at the house of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul building and the Defendant’s house in the first floor, known to the victim (at that time, 13 years old) and called to play together, carried the victim to the Defendant’s house.

Since then, the Defendant rejected the victim’s “I do not want to report once.” However, the Defendant’s sexual organ was inserted into the part of the victim by entering the victim’s name and forced her will and clothes, and inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ and fingers repeatedly into the part of the victim’s sound, allowing the victim to sit on his seat, thereby preventing the victim from resisting against the victim’s arms.

B. On July 21, 2018, the Defendant, around July 21, 2018, told the victim (at that time, 15 years of age) at the D building, the Defendant’s house located in Ma, and the victim (at that time, 15 years of age) to play together at around 201:0 p.m. on July 21, 2018. However, the Defendant was refused from the victim due to the above rape, stating that “I must not do so. I believe,” and the Defendant was in the house of the Defendant.

Since then, the Defendant “(i) requested sexual intercourse with the victim, but refused from the victim, she exceeded the victim’s will and panty, and prevented the victim from putting his body at her hand and resisting the victim’s body at her own discretion, and (ii) repeatedly inserted the victim’s sexual organ and fingers into the victim’s sound book, and put the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s entrance by putting the victim’s head.

Accordingly, the defendant 2 times.
